The college was buzzing with students chatting among themselves, some are going to classroom, some were going towards the canteen and roaming around the campus in free time.

There was one girl, Avni Srivastav with her big doe eyes, shining brightly, watching over the campus, probably waiting for someone special - her crush Arjun Mehta, her class topper, always keeps people at arms length and studious.

It was the first day of college when she saw him and fell for him at first sight. She found herself staring at him more than necessary. His hair falling over his face, his chocolate eyes are beautiful and has olive skin, looking attractive in her eyes.
From that day till now she always meets him and tries to make him smile in her ways but he neither said anything nor he reacts to it. She leaves the sunflower on his desk, sometimes chocolates, heartfelt letters etc.

One day Arjun was studying in library at his usual spot when Avni came there with a blooming sunflower and chocolates in her hand with a bright smile on her face. She was wearing a yellow kurta with cargo pant. Her hair was left open, sunlight compliments with her honey skin. Adjusting her kurta, removing imaginary dirt and went to him.

"Arjun", she called him softly watching over the librarian who gestures everyone to stay silent in library.

He didn't look up because he doesn't need to. He rolled his eyes and ignores her. She sees that no one sits beside him so she quickly grabs a book, opens it and cover her face with it. She sat near him and passed him the flowers and chocolate. He gives her a glare and pass it back to her but she pass to him again.

He gets up from his seat and went towards the exit, she too ran after him quickly, trying to match his pace because he walks fast.

"Wait wait wait please I can't walk faster than you", she finally stops running, catching her breath.

He turns to her, exasperated, "Why Avni? Why are you after me?"

"Because I like you that's why", she shrugs off casually.

"But I don't like you", He stated firmly.

"But I do... with all my heart", she confessed, looking straight into his eyes.

He looks at her, really looks at her like she lost her mind. How can someone just chase behind a person who doesn't feel same for them.  He really wants to get rid of her.

He takes a deep breath, running his fingers through his hair, "So you like me, huh?"

She confidently said, "Yes I do".

"So you have 30 days.. listen to me carefully you have only 30 days to make me fall for you and if you lose this challenge then you will not show up infront of me ever again." He puts this challenge infront of her, thinking that she will give up.

"Yes I accept this challenge." She replied immediately. She steps close to him, so close that she can sees his eyes colour "Wait and watch handsome Mehta, I'll make you fall for me."

She steps back and left from there, leaving him into his own dilemma. Now he is thinking how to handle this because he dig his own grave by giving her this challenge.
